Holographic Kinetics (HK) is an advanced healing modality based on ancient Aboriginal knowledge.
The Aboriginals acknowledges Spirit as the core essence and life force of any living being.
Your Spirit holds the memory of all your life experiences—past, present, ancestral, and epigenetic influences.
During an HK session, we make a safe and supportive space, for you to identify what no longer serves you, release it, and create new, life-enhancing patterns. Experience deep, lasting change by connecting with the wisdom of your Spirit.
Traumas, reactions, or inherited patterns can trap energy in the body, causing repetitive thoughts, behaviors, physical issues and emotional cycles. These stuck “moments in time” continue to play out until the original cause is released.
Working with a trained practitioner, you and your Spirit locate the creation point of the issue and change it at its source.
Every thought exists in its own dimension of time. When we hold onto negative thoughts or reactions, they can grow and feed limiting patterns. Letting go returns us to a state of balance—free to move forward.

What to Expect in a Session
Duration: 60–90 minutes (up to 2 hours)
Format: In-person only for people; remote for pets and property.
State: You’ll remain fully conscious and lie comfortably on a massage table
Process: Through kinetic testing, your Spirit guides the session, revealing where, when, how, and why the root cause of your issue was created. You are then supported in shifting that cause at its origin.
Each session typically addresses up to 3 core issues. Its required that you bring a written list of 3–5 topics, each in 1–2 sentences (e.g., “I feel stuck,” “I get panic attacks,” “I can’t let go of anger”).
You don’t need to explain or relive details—the process works directly with your Spirit’s knowing.
Before & After the Session
Before:
Create and bring your list
Avoid recreational drugs or excessive alcohol before your session (HK is not recommended otherwise).
Avoid other external energy practices like Reiki, channeled prayer, or spirit guides a few days before/after your session, as they may interfere with your Spirit’s autonomy.
Prescription medication and medical treatments are okay.
The your healing starts before the session, observe as spirit may show you what should be looked at, therefore some may experience feeling challenged in some way days or hours before the session.
After:
The real work starts after the session, Its your responsibility take action and create new patterns, now that you know why you where stuck.
Plan for rest after the session, as the body and mind may go through a 24–48 hour integration or "defragging" process. The intensity of this varies form session and person.
Refrain from other healing or energy work for about a week before and after your session to support full integration.
Drink allot of water.
You may not remember your issues after the session, that is good as that dimension has changed.
